The dishes you’ll prepare might include local specialties such as Tave Kosi (a lamb and yogurt casserole), Fërgesë (a traditional Albanian dish made with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese). The dishes are subject of availability we will inform you before about the dishes.
The cooking class includes also a glass of wine and raki to drink.
