Waiver of Liability
1. Acknowledgment of Risk
The Guest acknowledges that participating in any activities or tours organized by Visit Berat may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. The Guest voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with these activities.
2. Release of Liability
The Guest agrees that Visit Berat, its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors, shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or liability of any kind that may occur during or as a result of the Guest’s participation in activities or tours organized by Visit Berat. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, damages, or losses caused by accidents, natural disasters, acts of God, negligence, or any other circumstances.
3. Indemnification
The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Visit Berat, its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to the Guest’s participation in activities or tours organized by Visit Berat.
4. Agreement Acknowledgement
By booking any product with Visit Berat, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
5. Governing Law
