What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. You can cancel any tour or accommodation booking up to 48 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours prior incur a 50% fee. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable. To cancel, log in to your booking confirmation email or contact us at [email protected].
How do I get to Berat from Tirana?
Shuttle Bus: Daily departures from Tirana Bus Terminal at 09:00 and 15:00. Tickets cost around €7.
Private Transfer: Door-to-door service for €45–€60, depending on vehicle size.
Rental Car: A two-hour drive via SH4; parking is available near the Old Town.

Can I customize a private tour?
Absolutely! All our tours—cultural walks, hiking adventures, or culinary experiences—can be tailored to your interests, group size, and schedule. To create your private itinerary:

What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure online payment via major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, or bank transfer (for bookings over €500). Payments are processed in Euros. You’ll receive a confirmation and invoice immediately after booking. If you prefer to pay on arrival, please contact us in advance to arrange.
Are your tours suitable for children and seniors?
Yes—many of our experiences are family-friendly and all-ages accessible. We recommend:

What should I pack for my trip to Berat?
